  • After a decade of building organizations at Aerotek, Tesla, CloudKitchens, and Included Health, Scott formed R.I.S.E., a boutique recruiting firm that partners with early-stage, VC-backed start-ups. Scott has built his brand and network through hard work, maintaining meaningful relationships, and a relentless approach to the craft of recruiting.

    Scott specializes in finding critical, foundational roles essential to a company's mission. He takes pride in his ability to translate the hard skills needed for a role to something that any candidate would be proud to be associated with. Scott has the most success in filling highly skilled individual contributor roles (senior level or above) and executive & leadership positions (lead to C-suite).

  • Jen has 15+ years of experience in connecting people. Whether it’s in a recruiting capacity, helping a founder find the perfect next hire, or bringing experiences to life through events, this is what brings Jen the most satisfaction and joy.

    Utilizing her marketing background, Jen got into Recruiting, most notably at Swing Search, connecting and consulting Bay Area startups helping build winning GTM teams. A natural connector, Jen thrives on partnering with clients of all sizes and helping their companies scale.

For the past decade, she has partnered with venture-backed startups and established organizations across engineering, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, clean energy, and emerging technologies, helping build teams during critical periods of growth and transformation.
